The doctors shamed me for seeking help there instead of waiting until Monday and driving an hour in to tampa to see my primary care doctor even though I was in significant pain. They took an xray, said they couldn't see anything and sent me home with instructions to take tylenol like I hadn't been doing that already. Absolutely useless.

checked in at 11:30 its now 3:30 and still no DR. FOUR HOURS IS CRAZY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU TELL YOUR PATIENTS ITS A 45MIN WAIT! WILL NEVER COME BACK!

The NICU Dr.’s don’t listen about family history and push regular formula on a baby who has lactose intolerance in the family. For babies that may have a heart condition they blame being a preemie or other conditions for while a baby is sleeping too long instead of getting the right medication soon enough. When parents convey other concerns they are dismissed and it turns out that my daughter had infantile spasms since the nicu and I was told it was something else!
