L&D staff as well as 5th floor staff were amazing. Great care and competent staff. However, reception desk staff, especially Carmen, need additional training. People who go to the hospital, especially when having a child, are not familiar with where to go, cafeteria hours, etc. Carmen was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Unbelievable that a hospital with amazing nursing and patient care staff would have the worst front desk staffing. Would not recommend this hospital to first timers. My daughter had surgery yesterday, the family went to see her last night. Omg all the hospital systems were down, but security got us all up stairs to vist her. I kept my cool. Thanks to Security and those walkie talkies.
Muy mala la atención ppr parte de las enfermeras de emergencia, son rude, and mind.. malas. Pase ayer ahi mas de 12 horas con mi esposa y al final perdimos nuestro bebe y wn ningún momento sentí condolencias por parte de los médicos, espero este comentario lo vea algun dirigente del hospital para que cambie algo allí... en fin una catástrofe de hospital. .
I just had my first child here on Wednesday this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Ever single person at the hospital was amazing from the doctors to the nurses and everyone in between. The doctor who delivered the baby did awesome I had no idea what to expect this being my first child and they just did better than I could have ever dreamed. Thank you everyone at saint Joseph's women's hospital for going above and beyond for us and our family like you do for everyone in your care.
Wonderful and friendly staff. Just had my son here on Dec 7th & I never want to go home. These nurses and techs are so sweet and make sure you have everything you need
