If I could give zero stars I would. I work for a travel nursing agency. I recently worked there, passed meds, and it's the most disorganized, chaotic, random, disfuncional facility I've EVER been to! So many illegalities I can't believe they're open. It's a shame that this is such a nice looking facility because the care that these residents receive does not reflect it at all.
