Fantastic doctor but terrible insurance. They constantly submit things wrong and I end up with $700 surprise bills. St Joseph’s Health is a nightmare. Incompetent staff with no information and zero willingness to help. They can’t even check who takes their insurance! If you enjoy getting thousands of dollars of bills then St Joe’s will be perfect for you!
Great experience with Dr. Harwood. She was very patient and took time to carefully review and explain the situation and address all of our concerns. She answered every question and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend Dr. Harwood for pediatric endocrinology issues.
