Horrible experience!! 23 hours in ER, no food, no meds no doctor, rude ER staff!!! Never going to let any loved one go there again!

On Wed. 10/8 I had cervical neck surgery...the entire staff from the pre-admission, lab, x-ray were great. ALL the nurses, and the entire staff of surgery were kind, caring, informative. letting you know what's going on, and when. With no complications I was lucky enough to come home same day. About 18-20 years ago, I had the same surgery (different disks) and the same applied then as now. i was even lucky enough to have the same neurosurgeon - Dr. Moris Senegor. Thank you all. Worst hospital iv ever been to the staff look lost n while i sit here wt my son i havent seen one dr or nurse in or around this area its like ghost town i see more security then drs n nurses no ones asked or checked on my son at all hes been laying in pain and still no help on top of all that this place is dirty and there are empty bottles of meds jus laying on the floor in the room across from us ill never come back here thats for sure n i dont even wanna give this shit hole a one star!!
After San juakeeen hospital this place is godsent great staff caring people they are gonna extend my life I'm grateful !!! If you can't afford parking park in the street or nearby lot..guess ya cant satisfy everyone?
