After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect when I went in for a recent X-ray. I found the the office staff to be very efficient and friendly on a very busy day. The medical team were very professional and informative about my procedure. Great job done by all!

If Pam does your mammogram, she does a great job! She talks to you and walks you through it first. She is quick and makes it as easy as possible.
My response to St Joe’s: Thank you for your reply, but I must respectfully clarify. Submitting claims to insurance on behalf of patients is indeed standard practice in healthcare and not a unique courtesy. The concern is your “one-time courtesy billing” policy, which means patients receive only a single statement after insurance. Beyond that, patients are required to pay upfront or risk having appointments canceled. the facility for services is great, but the Billing dept is terrible. I cant get throug to a live person or confirm my current balance. When I called the facility to see how I could reach billing, I was told it was "out of state" and that I just had to call and press #1 to get a live person. Nope , just automated service that advises me the acct number I am giving them cant be found. NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE THAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR. Linda N.
