X ray department was excellent! The only snag was the girl at the front desk. She must have been having a bad morning because she was not the friendliest. Short, curt and miserable.
Awful experience with both radiologist and billing. Radiologist was going to do the wrong body part. I had to press the issue to get it corrected. Then billing sent me to collections. I offered to pay at arrival and was told to wait until I was billed. Then I never received a bill. I happen to get the summary for my insurance company called them only to find out they had sent it to collections already. Took a while to get it straightened out. But I would not recommend this facility.
