My daughter has sickle cell. We have had many experiences with this hospital in the almost 3 years we’ve been living here. In all those times I’ve had maybe one negative experience, and that’s because they were literally bursting and the seems with patients. They always double check any care plan with her hematologist. I trust them with my baby girl.
Terrible, no empathy, didn't provide a diagnosis and just tried to shove pain meds. Do not recommend.
Had a wonderful experience with all the ER staff. Triage nurse was wonderful, PA was great, and our doctor addressed the issue and discharged quickly.
Been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours so far and still haven't been seen yet. I could understand stand if they were busy but we got here at 1:20am in the morning and it is now 5:20 am and still waiting with only like five other people in the waiting room. And on top of that the cleaning people are changing the trash and wiping this down and dusting, but the lady doing the trash is banging the metal lids around like she is trying out for a part in the band playing the drums.
