Dr Gero in the pediatric ER was outstanding. Helped our little guy with a bad cut. She was warm, compassionate and informative. Made a bad experience a positive one. Loved her.
Horrible hospital. I will never go back. Lacks empathy. Couldn’t even get a doctor’s note for work tomorrow because they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. I don’t feel well. I had my surgery here a few years ago and it was great but I haven’t been in a long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It’s gone down hill.
Ran unnecessary tests before even seeing a provider. Wife in for allergic reaction they pulled 4 blood samples before the "doctor" actually a PA even looked at her. IM SURE IN ORDER TO RUN UP THE BILL. Also long waits, even after doc discharged her we waited another hour for someone to take her IV line out ( they alsostarted an iv before se was even seen, totally unnecessary) so that we could leave. One nurse on particular seemed less than interested in being helpful. Go elsewhere!
