Terrible communication between shifts of nurses and lack of scheduling procedures on time.
The staff here are the very best. Great large private room and you close the door and it's quite and really private.
To start I tried to get a Gatorade out of the vending machine & it got stuck. The front desk girl told me it's been out of service & that she would put an out of order sign on it, I was then told that there was nothing they could do about it & for me to call the 1800 number. My visit was for tooth pain & the PA was abrupt. I haven't had good experiences with St Joseph's for the most part so I wasn't exactly surprised by this...
I would give 0 stars if i could... Most horrible experience of my life!!! I've beeen to many hospitals lately and have never been so mistreated... Stay Away!!!
My Lori was excellently taken care of from Liz in Recoup 1 to dawn in recoup 2 both were excellent I would highly recommend St. Joe's North !!!!
Tonight, they provided excellent, efficient, expedient care. I was in and out in under an hour. My doctor was kind and knowledgeable about the chronic condition I came in because of. However, I am giving 4 stars because a few months ago, I had seen a different dr there who was not knowledgeable about the chronic condition I have which was part of why I had gone in that night. 3 out of the 4 visits I've had in their ER I have received quick, excellent care. It's my preferred hospital.
Definite lack of communication between the doctors. Trying to get an answer, let along a straight answer is difficult at best. Maybe the doctors should consider reading the charts before coming in to see a patient? And you want my credit card BEFORE you release for surgery?
Got sent in to the ER by my very kind, caring and responsible specialist doctor, MD Carolyn Connelly; had to stay overnight (or two nights?!) after being seen by 4 doctors and million times blood work and blood pressure taken.....my platelet was super dangerously low and could be fatal if I cut myself and the bleeding wouldn't stop because my blood won't clog.....so I am "detained" at this wonderful hospital, taken care by these super kind nurses and medical assistants, served with their delicious meals and snacks....I would... read more
