very educated staff very nice i will not go anywhere else for medical treatment
I'm mostly unimpressed with the billing department. I received multiple bills over year after my multiple hospital visits. The bills were so old that when I tried to add them to the hospitals 3rd party finance account, they couldn't be added. When I called the hospital billing department about this, they were rude, and didn't see a problem with billing me over a year later for something and asking me to just pay it up front. The staff were amazing. Friendly and easy to communicate with.But me at ease even tho I was in such pain.
The best Hospital in Florida. They work fast and treat you like a special person, not a number. They really care about their patients. Thank you.
The staff is excellent. They constantly updated us as to what was going on
Took great care of my very terrified 5 year old. Thank you, the medical staff was kind and loving to both my son and me!
My most recent visit was actually good. The staff was nice to me and very friendly making sure I had what I needed. They do however need to fix the AC/heat I was so cold I had to have like 5 blankets to keep warm. Overall I am happy with the care and treatment I received.
