I don't even want to try urgent care! I loved the hospital: clean, modern AND has an excellent staff!
From the friendly staff from the first day we went to hospital all the way to the big day.....to the cleanliness of the building, this hospital was amazing! We were there for birth of our baby boy this past week. We loved the treatment we received from every staff level, they have all their ducks in a row and never missed a beat. I've had good and bad experiences here. Dr. Locke is the best ER doctor by far. She saved my daughter the 3rd time around when not one other doctor could help her. This is the best place for me and I've been coming here since 2011. Not one hospital is perfect depending on there situation. I was just there Monday night and had dr Locke and s great RN. The worst experience ever. The anesthesiologist took none of my medical history into account and I was sick as a dog. In recovery, they gave me very few ice chips and after a few hours disconnected my IV, leaving the needle in my arm "just in case" but I sat there for hours with no hydration. When I went to stand up, I went limp and nearly blacked out. I couldn't speak, could just shake my head yes or no. Still they did nothing to ensure I was hydrated. Three years ago they saved my life. Was given little chance of living when we got to emergency. Great staff, great facility. My wife just had surgery and everything was great.
This hospital is the biggest piece of shit ever. Period. Do not go here if you are in a life or death emergency. You will die
Had to have my mother (95 year old) admitted for several days to evaluate and prescribe treatment for a small clot in her leg. The staff in the ER were excellent and caring. After her placement in a room on the 3rd floor for the next few days, the kindness and caring continued from the staff at that location. Everyone was courteous and kept us posted on her treatment and followup she needed. A fine facility with an excellent staff of medical professionals.
Always the best care. Fastest ER in town. Love this place. No anxiety. Very private and thorough. Thank you for always giving excellent care.
