I have never seen a hospital so organized. The staff is amazing and from the cafeteria staff, to the maintenance staff to the technicians, nurses and doctors, they all look happy to be there and put in the extra effort to make your stay there as pleasant as possible. My husband spent 9 days there and then went back and had surgery and both experiences were very positive ones. The ER wait was minimal, the rooms are comfortable the cafeteria is fantastic. We travel a 1/2 hour to get there and it is definitely worth it.
Best Hospital experience ever. Clean, professional caring staff. I drove from Spring Hill because I could not stand the local hospitals anymore. Great job everyone. Thank you!!! Keep up tbe great work!
I am still there. Respiratory issues. The food is phenomenal , It is prepared by a former up scale restaurant in Tampa. The meals are restaurant quality. When I am not hospitalized I visit the Deli . down stairs just for lunch with friends. All the rooms are private ... room service orders are selected daily by patients from a very varied menu. this morning I went to the hospital because I had a surgery scheduled. Weeks ago the billing department called me and informed me that my 20% to pay was 4,959 because the remaining 80% is covered by my health insurance I told her that I did not have the money and that for me it was difficult to get the money in a few days and she told me that there was no problem that the day of my surgery when I was doing the registration the person in charge would help me apply for financial aid or a payments plan.
