I used to like coming here but because of my old neurologist that would come here until she got promoted and she had to leave and they ended up getting another Neurologist and a whole new staffing upfront and their attitude is just got awful. The doctors and nurses here are phenomenal. However, the case wokers and case managers SUCK at their job. They put in minimal effort and actually told me "It's too much work" They need to find a new job if they don't want to put in the effort. They only updated me at the very end of their day which left me no time to make arrangements during the day to help my situation.
