Waiting here is outrageous. Brought my Mother here with hbp due to severe lower back pain and people are being taken back prior to her. We been here in the waiting area 1.5 and nothing. Her blood pressure was rechecked and its still high. What are you waiting for???????????????? The crapiest hospital. Even the triage nurse that took her vitals was very cold hearted and sarcastic. What kind of team u have here?l that doesnt care for others pain. Wrong field!!!!!!
Never an inpatient until 5 days last week. The nursing staff was exemplary. The doctors had good bedside manner. Believe it or not, the nutrionists prepare good meals. They treated me with respect even at times I was being a bit difficult and stir crazy. I am confident in the treatment received at St. Joseph's!
The major construction caused tire damage and they refused to pay for the damages. it's bad enough for your family to go to the hospital. It's insults to injury when the hospital is responsible for giving you a flat tire a while your going through a stroke victim's care and it's worse when they know it's their fault, ( the rep said she even got a couple of flats here), but still won't take responsibility.
The BEST hospital hands down, from the moment you walk in.....the staff, nurses, doctor's, registration staff....are working together as a team....for your care....i cant praise them enough. To the ER staff & nurses, doctors a big heartfelt THANK YOU 💖💖🙏🙏💖💖Of couse it can & does get busy, but if you want quality care from start to finish COME HERE.
I can't be more thankful for the nurses and nursing aids on 6 west. everyone of them are amazing and did a professional friendly job. they never made me feel like I was at the hospital. 6 west needs to be awarded for their service, friendliness, professionalism..... I cant say enough. every single nurse and aid..... thank you!!!
These people are RUDE! I'm trying to make sure that my son is taken care of in Tampa! I'm in Texas and they hang up on you. They will not help his pain. They are EXTREMELY condescending! DON'T GO THERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
