Unbelievably unfriendly towards my 80+ yrs old mother ! Even the lady Dr was rude ! My mom cannot walk few steps ,without stopping for few seconds,due to disabilities.it was snowing and we were late for 20 minutes due to slow traffic and mom’s disability .they refused to see her ! It took soo much effort for her to go there in bitter cold .but their staff & esp their dr didn’t care !! Genuinely curious: is it cheaper or something to keep the incompetent receptionists rather than hire new ones? This is ridiculous.
This place is a joke its all doctor politics and no consideration for patients and there well being they screwed me over and now I have to go to the emergency room for my medical care
The receptionists are ruder by the year. The providers have always given me what I’ve needed but seem to rush you to get out and aren’t too thorough. In terms of actual care, I keep coming here for that as a patient of 10+ years. Just sucks dealing with the receptionists before I’m seen.
