I called to schedule for surgery dat,the receptionist was very rude and stated she will call back with surgery date and time, it was getting late so we called back and she said the same thing rudely, sadly to say she never called back.

The Dr's bedside manorizems were that of a swamp frog. I'll never bring my son there again. Awful place.

They refuse to fill blood pressure medication, for over a month and don't notify you when they want to see you.Then when they do schedule an appointment, it's 2 months+ out and refuse to deal with the medication issue. Their practices are going to get somebody killed and most likely already have. Will NEVER return and filing complaints.

This place should get a 5 star, some of the nurses there are amazing and have been helping me so well through my pregnancy! Especially dr Thomas she is so great, my daughter loves her! Emily and Marissa as well are very kind. I was in so much pain, and Emily and Marissa called me to make sure I was okay and Emily really calmed me down, I was really scared feeling serve pain and she relaxed me. Thank you! This is place you should go to especially if your pregnant

Called to reschedule an appointment for my spouse. The staff (Brian) is so rude (short temper) passive aggressive, and didn’t even know how to respond to the phone call appropriately. I was simply asking him questions on getting the blood work done. He was upset and place me on hold for over 10 mins. I understand, Working in a healthcare setting is not easy and it often takes a long time for staff to get use to the task. God bless this person and hope he will learn to respect patient and their families.
