Not sure what this location is for but I called, a woman answered, I asked 1 question, then without any word from the woman I was immediately transferred to the Broadway & Wilmington location. So if they can handle common decency on the phone - I wouldn’t go here if I needed help. TLDR; they’re rude so don’t come here.
Was checked in and bought back very fast. I had the absolute pleasure of having Kaleb as my nurse and Herrera as my dr. They were both hands down the best. I have never felt more seen and heard as a patient. Especially with my nurse he never seems annoyed or bothered with me or my request. I am beyond pleased with the help I received and most definitely will be using this emergency service in the future.
Front desk staff and RN were nice but this standalone ER operates much more like a primary care office. After triage, I was placed in a room and waited almost three hours, throwing up everywhere and extremely uncomfortable. The doctor never came in. Not a great place

Husband had a hip replacement at the outpatient area. Staff there was great, however the recovery room nurses refused him food and kept him a ridiculous length of time without letting me see him. Talked over me when I shared that food always curbed his dizziness and nausea at home. Argued with me about having PT check the fit of a borrowed walker. Said he’d have to figure it out after he went home. 10 hours later, I’m still here, haven’t seen him for 9 hours. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOSPITAL. Patients beware.
