Terrible experience. I arrived by ambulance with 10/10 abdominal pain literally sobbing and clutching my stomach. They registered me then put me in the waiting room. I am also a diabetic and my CGM notified me that my sugar was low and dropping. I was clearly distressed about this and went to the front desk to let someone know as I needed to treat my low quickly. Grandfather is nearing his time due to cirosis. He has a lot of trouble getting up and going to the bathroom, so unfortunately he has been relieving himself in his own bed and tries to call the nurses to help him, but NO ONE COMES neither to help him use the bathroom or to clean him. According to them its not their job. Our family has to come everyday and visit to see how hes doing but on top of walking in on our beloved family member we have to see him suffering in his own waste. Very unfortunate, this place has gone down hill. Security guard Willy Valentine was very rude and not helpful at all. Will not be returning to this hospital.
