My grandson was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma on 11/8/12. He loved it at St Joseph's Children's hospital. They were extremely good to Logan through out the entire process. They were great with my daughter and her husband. He lost his battle on 10/28/14, but he fought hard and always smiled. Now we have a ministry at our church Faith Family - UCC in memory of Logan, where we provide toys and trinkets for the treasure chest because he loved the treasure chest.... Great hospital that took really good care of my son.
Just got home from our 3rd visit to the GI wing. The Dr's and nurse's are absolutely amazing.
This hospital is an incompetent joke! Filthy, disgusting and dirty puts it nicely if you just take a look at the floors. Nursing staff has zero bedside manners and gets a nasty attitude with you when you question patient treatment/care. Doctor drops the ball and forgets to put in an order for physical therapy and respiratory, therefore leaving a child with the onset of pneumonia and stiffness from not being moved etc. The whole experience made me sick!
We went in on 10/14/16 for a brain MRI. I was so nervous about my 6 year old being put under anesthesia, but the staff were so child friendly and wonderful. They were all great, from check in all the way to bringing us to the car. We had a great experience!
The staff here are wonderful. They did an excellent job taking care of my lil man yesterday and making us feel comfortable.
We loved going to St Joseph's children's hospital they took care of my grandson and my husband who stayed with him.
Our grandson recently spent 5 days in the hospital and I have to say that we were so happy with the care he received. Starting in the ER everyone was great--all were kind and attentive to Austin. The child life representative was so helpful and kept Austin engaged during the not so pleasant procedures. The staff nurses who cared for him were all amazing--always showed concern for Austin.......everyone was kind and helpful.
