This is our 4th visit here for my grandson.... but this recent stay was by far the worst ... my grandson has a life threatening disease and was treating horribly .... nurses and staff didn’t come in the room to help ... the bathroom trash bin was full and I asked 3 times to have it changed .... due to his condition if not approached in a caring better he can feel that and be Defense .... he has a TBI ... but what happened to compassion for the patients ... sorry will not come back here again .... very disappointed #patientsc... read more
Great experience at this hospital today. Every person we dealt with was helpful and professional!
Dr Mac was awesome in our sons SVT procedure and our nurses were fantastic.
They call us and tell us to be in at 1130 thia morning. We get here everyone we came in contact with has been rude. Nurse was talking to my 13 year old as if he were 1 years old. We have been in a room now 4 hours and not the first person has been in to check on us. This place is disgusting.��������
