I would give the staff in Caitlin Young's office a zero if I could. After calling and requesting an appointment three times, and being told to just go to Urgent Care, I finally got in. I've been a patient three years, so not a new one. When I arrived I was given someone else's file and told to go fill it out! A huge HIPPA violation.
