I’m making this complaint because how I was treated today. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Sharmafor years before they moved there office. I’m highly upset with the customer service today in Pooler GA. There was no common courtesy or understanding for the disable at this Medical Center, StJoseph on Pooler Parkway. I’ve patiently waited for almost 2 weeks in pain, and I even explained that to the girl at the front desk. I'm outa state, here from Louisiana. My husbands working out on Elba island. I have not been to this type of doctor before and was slightly nervous. The ladies in the office were awesome and friendly. I didn't have insurance and they didn't fuss at me, they worked with me. The doctor was very nice and explained things to me so I could understand the problem. Thank you Georgia foot and ankle!!! Thank you thank you thank you for taking care of me!! Lisa Carter
