UPDATE: I was contacted today (6 days after original call) and was asked if I had my bid yet. I said no and that I had cancelled that already. Then the lady said to me “Oh well we have been busy with the storm cleanup, but if you don’t want our service, I’ll take you off my list.” The issue is, my “appointment” was BEFORE all of the storms. They came in the rain and removed a tree from my house they were fast and professional I will be using them again if I need a tree service
Placed call to them to come give estimate for large tree removal. Was told it would be Friday. (Call was made on Monday). Friday rolled around and nothing. I called them back and they stated maybe Sunday if they decided to work, but more than likely early in the week. Here we are Thursday and still no call or estimate.
