Waited 6 weeks for a appt call that never came. Then suddenly I get a packet in the mail with a scheduled appt I neither knew anyhing about nor would have ever agreed to. In the meantime had my referral sent to Coeur d'Alene and had an appt scheduled with Kootenai within 48 hours of them receiving referral!
Extremely poor communication between providers. This caused us to make 2 extra trips from Grangeville to Lewiston for a family member. We will never use them again.
