Everyone I encountered at this lab was amazing. Very busy Monday morning, I showed up with no appointment (labs I needed required an appt) and Karen still got my labs done. This location is Fantastic.Their hard work, dedication, and outstanding service deserves praise and appreciation.
Staff was friendly and efficient.

I have had many good experiences from the lab techs performing the blood draws. But, unfortunately I am only giving two stars because the office staff at the counter are rude and unprofessional.
Extremely disappointed with how my 18 yr old son was treated by the front desk. He is required to have a Sickle Cell screening for the NCAA & when I spoke with a gentleman on Saturday he said my son could walk in. Today, when he went in, my son was told that he needed a doctor’s prescription. He asked if he could contact me to see how to proceed, and a female told him “it’s called adulting, honey.” You, ma’am, are correct but nasty. I heard your tone when I was on the phone with him.
