They are all so calming and have smiles on there faces. The doctors are great I saw Doctor Swadia cardiologist. Even though he had to give me some bad news.I need my valve replaced from 1999. He still made me fill like things will go well. Every Doctor I have seen and different techs have all been great. Thank you
My daughter needed tubes in her ears and the staff took such great care of her. There was a staff member, Pete, that was busy doing other things and taking care of other patients. My daughter was drawn to him and he took time to get in his scrubs and go to the OR with her to make her feel comfortable. What an amazing person! I will forever be greatful for him and the staff that made sure our whole family felt comfortable and confident during her surgery.
Very polite, helpful, and LISTENS to the patient... Wish i could say the same for U of M health care.
They don't know how to do there job trying to treat me for a reason I wasn't even there
The experience was pleasant. The nurses pre and post op were wonderful. Actually everyone we dealt with including the doctors were wonderful. Keep up the good work
