My friend, swears by St.Joseph hospital. This was her visit and she requested us to take her here And they were throgough, curterious and polite. Professional and my friend was again very pleased with " this is a great hospital, they saved my life."
Pressed help button four times and nobody came but heard staff laughing outside of rooms. Pressed restroom help button and nobody came so I unhooked myself and went to the restroom and no one came to check on me even after I was unhooked. I literally could’ve been dead. Nurse left vials of my blood in different places.
My partner and I had a great experience with the emergency services at St. Joseph Medical Center. We were triaged and seen right away, which instantly eased our anxiety during a stressful situation. The entire staff is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and compassionate. A special thank you to Nurse Shay and Dr. Sarah Smudde.
