My appointment at the breast center was a five star from the beginning. Easy check-in with a friendly receptionist; short waiting period to see a doctor of internal medicine; and a phlebotomist in the lab who stayed a little past her shift to take my blood. All-in-all, a good experience.
Everyone was extremely kind and caring the day of my procedure.
Once I was admitted, the experience was good. Waited hours for a room. Nurses responsive and so patient. I was in through Kaiser so saw their physicians who were great. Hospital bed was not comfortable for me. Non-slip bedding was irritating on my skin. No serious complaints about my stay.
