Very poor communication. No coordination, AM staff is unaware of the PM staff, inconsistent feedback regarding loves ones. God Bless, and I am THANKFUL for those whom TRY to do their best but again inconsistent. Neglecting the elderly, that cannot defend THEMSELVES. With this COVID pandemic, they are left seemingly ABANDONED, to them...hopeless and in FEAR!
