I was diagnosed with Pleurisy in the ER two weeks ago, and they were great. Today, however, I had a follow up at the Saint Joseph family care on the DW Highway. I waited an hour in the exam room just to be seen and, as soon as the doctor, Hillary Kilcullen PA (who is not my PCP), got on her computer she immediately informed me that she didn’t feel comfortable prescribing me pain medications because she “doesn’t know me”. labor and delivery ward was extremely rude, and one perticular nurse had a major violation of HIPPA. those nurses just walk in spitting out the patient's personal information without any regards of who is in the room and if the information can be said freely. that's ethics 101 people. seriously this hospital could careless about patient confidentiality. Individual rights went out the window along with at. Josephs morals. It's not about the person as an individual it's about your insurance and how good it is. SMH. when did it... read more
RecommendedAmazing obgyn and pediatric staff!! I just gave birth to my first child in the beginning of March and the nurses and doctors were incredible. Even when they weren't assigned to my ward they were checking in on me and the baby and even helped me to the door when I left. I was there for a full week due to some complications and despite the long stay I can't complain about the staff and how attentive they were.

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor and a hospital was today at St. Joseph. Appalling lack of professionalism, courtesy and patient care. To say I will never again set foot in your facility is an understatement. To say that I will consult with counsel is not. For the record, I'm a very long-term patient with chronic illnesses.

RecommendedMy entire family uses St Joseph Hospital services. From Pediatric care to Primary care. I couldn’t be happier with the care my loved ones have received. I specifically appreciate their after hours appointments for adult and pediatric care. Where I used to go, my only option was Urgent Care after hours and when my child is sick I want them seen a pediatrician, not a general MD.
