My wife needed copies of her MRI. The imaging records people stopped what they were doing and got the copies done right now. Great service
Just know that it's impossible to schedule an appointment and although it says walk ins welcome they mean only until 3 at this location and 3:15 at the hospital location. Neither place will schedule an appointment for you as you are standing there after taking off work and having your time wasted when a simple modification to their websites can let people know.
update: 7/26/24 i am happy to say this facility must have made some major personnel changes in reception. the last 2 appointments made were easy. the receptionist was outstanding. she was patient, personable, informative and caring. such a big difference. wonderful
The scheduling Dept has some serious issues.!!!!! I will avoid going to any facility at it Joseph because the scheduling Dept alone.!!! They almost killed my brother because they took so long getting him an appointment, now they’re doing it with me a second time. Avoid them like the plague if you have a chance to do so . They are NOT good people at all .!!! I ended up pulling the order and now going to Medford.!!
