I would like to say thank you so much to CHOC ER and St. Joseph ER My daughter had to get down to your ER cause she was not able to receive the care she needed up here in the High Desert area. She just made it to the CHOC ER where even tho she is 24 y/o they took her in and stabilized her then transferred her over to the St. Joseph ER where a wonder physician told her and her fiancé he would get her the care she needs and help her. We had the best loving kind nurses they’re doctors amazing they took great care of my dad . There kind and humble and care about their patients . Went far beyond my expectations I’m very pleased with the treatment my dad had . Thank you so much to the staff of St . Joseph 🙏🏼❤️

Buena atención y amabilidad
Called to ask about my bill, when I requested to talk to a supervisor,she simply replied by No! She refused to help me and put me on hold for more than 30 mins. Taking into consideration it took me more than 25 mins to reach them. They do change the bill amount if you have insurance, they raised mine by $5.5k once I gave them my insurance information . Unbelievable
