A few years ago, I slipped on ice and had a severe pain in my ankle. I went to the emergency room and was misdiagnosed with a sprained ankle and told to go home and rest. I was in intense pain, finally went to an orthopedist and was told that I had a broken leg. I went into surgery to have my bones pinned together (plainview Hospital ) after which time the pain level reduced substantially and I healed, but had a weakness in that leg from that point on.
Went to emergency room on the 12 of April 2026 was waiting one hour and left . The Gentleman that show me how to sign in was very rude and total unprofessional no compassion whatsoever Shame on him . I will try never to go back
I was very satisfied with the care I received when I went into the ER late on a Friday night. I was seen very promptly and the entire staff was helpful, responsive and kind. They treated me and had me feeling better quickly.
Favorite hospital staff is amazing <3
