This company has the most incompetent nurses who travel in a pack and intimidate you unless you are a health care professional yourself. These two main nurses Amy and Big Mouth are the most pathetic excuse for nurses. They must be trained by a monkey. Rude. Dr. Is rude. Don’t even have my records.
Our experience in July 2021 with St. Joseph Hospice was wonderful. Amy Belk was extremely compassionate, patient, and competent in leading our family through our mother’s final days. She was in frequent communication with us, and we had access to her throughout each day. She made timely visits to our mother and provided us with professional nursing assessments of her status.
