Only giving one star because you have to at least give one. I would not let these people take care of my animals. Incompetent nurses. Administrator doesn’t grasp hippa law or confidentiality of any kind. I can see why they have such a low rating. Pts are not giving a POC, the aides and nurses come when and if they feel like it. Definitely making a call to the state to report the level of neglect on their behalf.
Very unprofessional and I would not let my family member be cared for by these people.
