I have NEVER been In contact with a more unprofessional and incompetent group of human beings. My husband and I are already dealing with the stress and emotion of my mother in law being admitted into hospice due to a battle with cancer and these people made it worse. They showed up 2 hours and 15 minutes behind a scheduled appointment that THEY SET UP. The director was unhelpful and not sympathetic to the situation or our annoyance at how late they were. My dad was only here for a day and a half but the staff were wonderful to him and my family. They showed such compassion for us all. Great place and I would highly recommend for anyone needing end of life care. Facility was clean and welcoming. Thank you to the Shreveport staff for all you did for my family❤️
