Would not allow anyone to stay with my grandmother, who has Alzheimer's, before/after a surgical procedure. She gets easily confused and disoriented without someone with her to constantly answer questions and reassure her of what is going on. They would rather let her be terrified in an unknown place with unknown people than let a family member, who lives with her, be there for her. Shame on you Providence, we will make sure she never comes back here again!

RecommendedMe and baby were at the NICU for 86 days and received excellent care! I had never been so impressed by staff being so professional but also caring and family oriented. We recently got transferred to Sacred Heart NICU in Spokane and cannot say the same about their quality of care & staff. THANK YOU KADLEC STAFF!
