My 100 year old grandmother is there right now and they are "too busy" to treat her with respect. They would not allow family back to see her for over an hour and she is scared. Poor bedside manor would be an understatement. As for the quality of care, lousy at best.
Will never return my 100 year old grandma was made to sit alone for over an hour. Would not let anyone go back with her. She had fallen and hit her head. No one was asking for her to be moved above others in treatment just to let one of us sit with her and be able to discuss the medical things with them as she is not always clear and they would not allow this. Yet another patient was allowed 5 people to be taken back with them. Uncalled for and unreal. Others there had complaints as well that were just unnecessary!!
This place is a joke! First time going there and will never go back. Dr. Said my daughter was fine and looked okay! Here we are Tuesday, double ear infection sinus infection and a complete and total mess. Tried to call and complain, NONE of the numbers work! Save your lectures about kids getting to many antibiotics for someone else. Apparently this lightly trained mom knew what a Dr couldn't even figure out!
I think it depends upon which doctor is working; I have had great care there and have also had horrible care there. They are quick and some of the nurses do a superb job!
Always treats me immediately with good medical practice. Great at what they do.
Only because of the nurses and techs. The Drs on the other hand, its a hit or miss weather you get good service or not.
They use to be good but have gone down hill massively!!
I've been to 2 other major hospitals in Ashtabula County . And St. Joseph Emergency definitely surpass both of them.
