Thought this was one of the better hospital but there terrible to just like the rest in Buffalo and surrounding areas they take forever even if you are having serious problems etc and they don’t care about there patients
I had to go to the ER for lower back pain. I only had to wait 15 minutes to be looked at. They were very attentive and helped me as much as they could. The whole time I was there was only 3hrs.
My doctor needed s0me test d0ne s0 i scheduled an appointment 4 a CT scan, tha receptionist on tha phone was very polite n took tha time 2 explain everything, n answer any ?'s i had, she even let me know what entrance to use because my appointment was on a Saturday, so wen i arrived 4 my appointment i knew 2 use tha emergency entrance n check in at tha desk.. While checking in i n0tice they're n0t buzy at all i didn't see any patients in tha waiting area besides myself i waz in n out real quik...waz here cupl weeks ag0 4 a ... read more
