Top notch instruction with a family atmosphere.
This is the best martial arts gym in the world. Not kidding. I've been with this gym for over 10 years now and I can't say enough about it. The youth classes are on point, my son loves it. (And it'll wear your kiddo out.) Come check this one out, you're gonna be very glad you did.
‘Twas the week of Christmas and I was in the area visiting family and dropped in for a class. Coach Deryck and the rest of the group was very welcoming. He ran a great class teaching multiple options from a single entry. Detailed, thoughtful instruction but not too much talking or demonstration. He even had a nice loaner gi for me to use. Will definitely come back again!
The coach here is very experienced, HIGHLY knowledgeable, able to coach you through with excellent attention to detail. Patient with students of all different levels. I recommend him and his school to anyone interested in training in this complex and detail oriented art.
Good jiu jitsu, no gi Tues/Thur, gi Mon/Wed. Would recommend to friends and family, good kids classes as well.
