Verified Renter I have loved living here! I have lived here a year now and I am going to miss this place when I need to leave. The complex itself is clean, quiet, and well maintained for the price. The price is a little high but that is to be expected when living in Reston and within the Reston Association. To me, the extra fees for the trails within the town, access to the pools and amenities available to RA members, and the commitment to a safe environment make that worth it.
