On July 28, 2026 I had cataract surgery on my left eye at St John's Surgical Center. In the pre-op area there were multiple patients being prepared for surgery, I was one of them. There were multiple nurses handling the patients. One of those nurses that was taking care of me decided to do a side hand like karate chop on my hair bun stating it was too high, but rather than asking me to adjust it she kept karate chopping at my head and hair bun. I had a great experience there. The staff is kind, professional & friendly.
I went there for cataract surgery and stigmatism correction. They open at 8:00 a.m. when I entered I filled out a peice of paper and was taken back to the surgery prep room. When I arrived they put numbing drops in my eyes and started an IV. I was covered with a blanket and soon they told me I was done. Easy, Peasy....quick and painless!!! Dr. Lewis does really good work!
