DGTY My name is Dave D Martin I entered St John's, Jan/5/2024 The process was nothing I expected, Security officers confused me even more (reminder of Rickers Island) but to my surprise the young and the old heads security officers were respectful, officer Cruz the OG stay cool. This place was so dysfunctional. I couldn’t get a counselor to listen to me for longer than 10 min. As soon as I said I want my family involved the staff changed the way they treated me. They were not concerned about my well being. I pray if my family members ever need this facility I pray to God they take of them as if they were a part of their own family.

I went there fir detox the intake took forever hours but the detox was wonderful caring staff. I would recommend it.
Was on floor 5 north, 90% of the staff, security, techs, consolers, was kind and gave you the same respect that you showed them, the rest (aka karens bulldog looking ass) seemed beyond miserable and took more pride in being sarcastic every chance she got rather than helping, and seemed like they looked at this place only for the money, not to feel good about helping those who need the hand.
