Most of your staff walk like turtles and milk the system. i waited almost 7 hours to find out i have a UTI. Its so disgusting how you run your emergency department. i hate your hospital and will tell everyone about this experience.

This is absolutely the worst ER around! I have been in the ER in a bed waiting with my mom since 2pm today. they gave her a pillow with no pillow case, NOT ONE NURSE has been in here beside the extremely nice receptionist taking her information. there have been 3 different doctors in here that all said she needs to have treatments done. And she has still not giving one. but there has been plenty of time to sit and talk about where and when they get their nails done. I went to the front desk to ask to see her nurse 10 minutes... read more
