My neighbor went there and is COVID19 positive and was having what she thought a serious complication. The COVID19 doc on April 2, 2020 at approx 10:04am Dr. B (It sounded like he said Bernsterin but it was recorded) told my neighbor to go to urgent care instead bc St.Johns doesn't the ability to treat them. They needed oxygen, urgent care doesn't have that. My neighbor went to another hospital and got better care. Sad. Mr. Corti, this hospital needs better accountability. I hope it's not because they are Asian.

While this was once my go to hospital, the quality of care has greatly declined. The ER is overwhelmed and care is poor. my elderly mother was hospitalized post surgery and we had issues with the staff giving her prescriptions to her at the wrong time of say leaving her dehydrated and being sent to rehab. A shame this hospitals care has become so poor.
