The hospital is severely understaffed and the ER room is a nightmare. The worst part is the billing. I have been going to St. Johns for over 5 years and considered it the best. As of a 1 1/2 years it the worst. Insurance payment is a freaking nightmare. Billing is given to outside companies who don't speak English and don't do their job. Instead of sending the bills in an appropriate fashion to the insurace co., they send it to the patient. I refuse to go there and sadly enough it's the hospital closes to me.
