Thank you to all the 2nd Floor Recovery and Ambulatory Care Nurses (Barbara, Deirdre, Joe, Joan(MA) and everyone(whose name escapes me) who assisted and comforted me last Thursday 2/4 during my Ambulatory Surgery...You all made my experience so much better under the circumstances...Your kindness and care meant the world to me...You don't get the credit you deserve and I thank you sincerely. The hospital and staff all seemed fine until tonight. They brought another patient into the room. All the lights are turned on in the room, the room smells and when I went to use the bathroom it was so dirty I had to find a public bathroom on the floor to use. Have been in the lounge since 1:00 a.m.
Staff very knowledgable caring and compassionate. My unfortunate stay they made bearable
