Doc A, Miss Rose and staff are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have nothing but praise for Dr. Alexander and his staff. He helped me so much. I had 2 very badly herniated disc in the lumbar region. Dr. Alexander offered non- surgical spinal decompression at his office. I chose this option and I’m so glad I did. My back pain did not resolve right away. It took a few months. I continued to pray and ask God for healing. My discs are now completely healed (shown on a CT scan) and my lower back feels great! I paid a copay during each of my visits, and at the time was told my treatments would be covered by insurance. I received a bill from SJMC months after after our treatment was over, for 180$( I was treated back in 2021 or so). I'm not sure if this is normal as I understand that insurance claims can take a while to process. But I think more transparent communication would have been appropriate, instead of a surprise medical bill months later.
