Kelsey answered every email and phone call of mine, which were countless , with compassion and concern. She worked diligently with us and saw us through the entire process. For them I am truly grateful!!!
They saved my mom's house. They are angels and have helped tremendously. They made understanding these concepts simple and easy. I will say this for anyone dealing with a similar foreclosure situation: Be realistic and do the work. You need to also work on your end and be on top of things. Be okay with various options including a short sale. And don't think it's a golden ticket for a home but they will work with you if you are in that situation of section 8 (I think so don't quote me).
