I came here for an annual wellness visit, which is 100% paid for by any health insurance plan. Imagine my surprise when they refused to code the bill as such and charged me for $750. The doctors and nurses could not have been nicer, but the billing office is a different story. Beware of the bait and switch scam they are running. Update: the patient assistance team was not helpful

Absolutely horrible. I arrived 20 minutes early, they took 10 minutes before they came to the desk to check in. Then told me I needed to fill out a form online for my type of appointment. They told me where to do it, I did. I finished the required paperwork at 10:07. Went to the desk and they said “ oh sorry, you’ve missed your appointment now!” I said “uh excuse me, I was here 20 minutes early!” But apparently it’s ok if they make you wait for 30 minutes to get called back! 7 minutes past my appointment filling out paperwor... read more
My grandfather had an appointment and doesn't have the best English speaking skills so he didn't understand everything the front desk ladies were telling him. There was some miscommunication and he ended up waiting for an hour only for them to end up telling us that his doctor wasn't there and the fact that these two grown ladies were just sitting there laughing at him the whole time he was waiting is just so disrespectful.
