Today my visit was amazing. Dr. Lam was very pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. She suggested several things to address my dry eyes that no one else talked to me about it. She was very caring. Also the staff, Nick, Britney, Tanya, Lacie and Sam, were all very kind and excellent. I recommend them for the community. Thank you all, Nash
Went for a routine eye exam. Office facilities are very bright and nice. Everything went according to schedule. Dr Lam explained everything clearly and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. I have been patient there and plan to continue to use SJEA. It is also 5 minutes from my house.
I really like St. John’s eye Associates. Dr. Price is definitely an asset. She’s very courteous ,nice ,knowledgeable., goes into detail., spends time, explains the tests and what’s going on with my eyes. They Replaced lenses in a pair of Gucci sunglasses that nobody else would touch Older frames because they were afraid of breaking them. And gave me a lot of good deals that my insurance did not cover.
Our visit to the eye doctor was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure both my appointment and my son’s first-ever eye exam went smoothly. They handled everything with such care, explaining each step in a way that put us both at ease. My son was a little nervous at first, but they made him feel so comfortable that he actually enjoyed the experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit! Dr. Phillips is the man! Love being a patient here.
Dr. Price goes above and beyond to help her patients find the right contacts and or glasses needed for optimal sight and comfort. She is super friendly and takes the time necessary to answer any questions you may have. I never felt rushed. Taynia did the initial eye screenings and was super sweet and pleasant. The rest of the staff are also very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Price and St Johns Eye Associates.
