Residential apartment
Been living here for last 3 years. Pros: Affordable rentals for the area. 10 min walk to Path. spacious apartments with good natural light. affordable parking. Doormen are very good with handling deliveries. Cons: biggest con is roach infestation which occurs periodically. So need to have pest control treatment every 6-8 months. Although blame lies with the residents as well- if residents don't keep the apartments clean then management can't fix this issue. Older apartments (which explains why rent is on the lower side)
