Tec. was on time and pleasant to work with. Dr. was friendly and professional.
This was an old porcelain covered metal crown, which had been compromised... It was not an easy feat, and even wore down the diamond tipped drill. But with Dr Connelly's persistent perseverance & extreme skill, he replaced my crown in one appointment. They have the latest technology- a computer controlled milling program, so a new crown is produced in 15 minutes; then begins the artistic part: fine-tuning the crevices so that the bit fit is Perfect! The staff were very courteous and didn't make me feel like I was being judged... I am not a big fan of Dentists due to a past incident where I was having a tooth drilled and filled, I felt it all and had serious problems with it after that.... So it took ALL I had to make an appointment but Dr. Connelly and staff seemed genuinely concerned and all about my confort. I will be going back Wednesday for a procedure, as I am still very nervous they have gained some of my trust, which is more then I can say about "Other" dentists.... read more
